The CMS pan-European green leases survey provides insights into the legal provisions of “green leases” in three areas: the construction, the use of buildings and incentives to keep them green. It draws comparisons between countries across Europe and identifies forwardlooking trends in the use of green clauses. During the Green leases – real growth seminar we will share some of the key findings.
