From 4 to 6 October 2010 the Munich Trade Fair Centre will host the 13th International Commercial Property Exposition. CMS Derks Star Busmann organises two workshops about "green real estate". Arnout Scholten will focus on green leases, explaining the opportunities and pitfalls. Willie Ambergen will explain the Dutch tax subsidies, which can make a green building even cheaper than a traditional building
