IHIF 2009
The CMS Hotel Group ranks number one in Europe and sponsored the International Hotel Investment Forum 2009 (IHIF) on 9-11 March in Berlin for the 8th year running. The IHIF has developed into the leading platform for decision makers in the European hotel real estate and hotel property sectors, as well as for hotel analysis, property investment and hotel equity.
The IHIF conference is designed for the hotel investment professionals industry who need to keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments. The overarching theme at this years IHIF 2009 was "Searching for Deals", and organisers arranged an extra day to the Sponsors Exhibition which opened on Monday 9th March, giving even more time to network and meet industry leaders. There was also an earlier start to the conference for a session dedicated to the economy and the investment outlook. On the second day, Environment Partner Paul Sheridan led the session on Green Law and the impact on hotel investment.
