| CMS, the leading organisation of European law firms, has today 30 June 2008 announced its sponsorship of a programme in Civil Justice Systems at The Centre for Socio-Legal Studies at the University of Oxford, England. The programme will undertake groundbreaking research into the emerging development and consolidation of civil law systems across Europe.
